Cancellation & Rebooking Policy

More than 7 days before your class: You may change your date once, subject to a £25 rebooking fee. No refunds are available — date changes only.

Within 7 days of your class: No changes or cancellations permitted. The full booking fee is non-refundable.

No-shows: If you do not attend your booked class, no refund or rebooking will be offered.

By completing your booking, you agree to this cancellation policy. We recommend booking only when you are confident of your availability.
