1. About These Terms

These terms and conditions govern your use of the Cook with Sabra website (cookwithsabra.co.uk) and the services we provide, including cookery class bookings, gift vouchers, and ingredient pack purchases. By using our website or booking our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

Cook with Sabra is a trading name of BS FoodCo Ltd, based in Bradford, West Yorkshire.

2. Booking & Payment

All bookings are subject to availability. When you book a class, you are entering into a contract with BS FoodCo Ltd for the provision of that service. Full payment is required at the time of booking.

  • Class price: £149 per person (unless otherwise stated)
  • Payment is processed securely via Stripe
  • You will receive a booking confirmation by email
  • Places are limited to 10 per session
  • You must be 16 years or older to attend a class

3. Cancellation Policy

Our cancellation policy is as follows:

  • More than 7 days before class: You may request a date change. A £25 administration fee applies.
  • Within 7 days of class: No cancellations or date changes are permitted. No refunds will be issued.
  • No-shows: If you fail to attend without notice, no refund will be given.

We reserve the right to cancel a class due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., illness, extreme weather). In such cases, you will be offered an alternative date or a full refund.

4. Gift Vouchers

  • Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase
  • Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash
  • Vouchers are transferable and may be used by anyone
  • Lost or stolen vouchers cannot be replaced
  • Vouchers must be redeemed by booking a class within the validity period

5. Ingredient Packs & Shop Orders

  • All prices are inclusive of VAT where applicable
  • Orders are subject to availability
  • Collection details will be provided upon order confirmation
  • Ingredient packs contain allergens — please check descriptions carefully before ordering
  • Due to the perishable nature of food items, refunds are only available for items that arrive damaged or incorrect

6. What's Included in a Class

Each cookery class includes:

  • Hands-on cooking instruction for 2 dishes
  • All ingredients and equipment
  • Cook with Sabra apron and hat to keep
  • Take-home containers for your cooked food (serves 4)
  • Recipe cards for the dishes prepared
  • Certificate of attendance
  • Tea, coffee, and refreshments

7. Health & Safety

You must inform us of any food allergies, dietary requirements, or medical conditions at the time of booking. While we take every precaution, our kitchen handles common allergens including nuts, gluten, dairy, and shellfish. We cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment.

You are expected to follow all safety instructions given during the class. We reserve the right to ask anyone to leave who behaves in an unsafe manner or is disruptive to other attendees.

8. Photography & Social Media

We may take photographs and videos during classes for use on our website and social media channels. If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform us at the start of the class. You are welcome to take photos and videos for personal use and to share on your own social media — we'd love it if you tag us @cookwithsabra!

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and recipes, is the property of BS FoodCo Ltd (trading as Cook with Sabra) and is protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BS FoodCo Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service in question.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
